When I download programs including opera it goes to the full completed download, but always shows same icon and does same thing when double clicked. It doesn't have a setup icon it has a windows icon that asks you to open with optional programs when doubled clicked. It opens the window that asks: what program do you want to use to open the file opera? I tried downloading spybot today and it says the same thing.
